Our cozy home's a great space for both families and single individuals. It has a large backyard with spacious porches in the front and back of the home.
Tenants will enjoy keyless entry into enter the unit.
Take a few minutes and browse through the *welcome book*. It's located on the kitchen island. It's compiled of helpful information regarding the house rules, wifi, and local eateries.
Our neighborhood's friendly. We have wonderful neighbors. Please monitor your behavior and noise level(s).
Respectfully, take care of our home. We promise to make your stay a pleasant one. There's a *promise ring*to boot. We've made sure the unit's tidy and inviting so please relax and enjoy the space.
Remember, no smoking guys. Smokers are free to smoke outdoors and dispose of all cigarette residue into outdoor garbage cans only. Make sure all cigarettes are un-lit before disposing of them.
