The building will usually have a doorman present as well as a way to buzz people in. There are two mail rooms. One is for small letters and packages and the other is a password protected locker room for larger packages. There is also a space for over-sized packages, which can be accessed with the help of the apt. staff. There is a large laundry room with washers and dryers off of the main floor lobby. The cost of using a machine is $1.75 and can only be paid for with a debit/credit card. Next to the laundry room is the loading dock and freight elevator where you will move with all of your belongings. When you do move in, we will reserve a time for the elevator so only you have access to it while moving in. On the top floor there is a gym with weights, treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. There is also a small office off of the gym where you can print for free. All public areas in the Wyndham have free WiFi.

The apartment is a one bedroom one bathroom 675 square foot place. Right now, two people and a cat share the apartment quite comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, lots of cabinet space, and a refrigerator. The apartment is on the 9th floor of the building. See the attached pictures for a better idea of the apartment. There is a small fee for animals (We pay an extra $30 monthly for our cat). You can also rent a parking space from the building at the lot right next to the building. I believe it is $180 a month for a space (I can find out the exact amount if you are interested). There is, however, plenty of street parking in the area.

Directly across the street is a Marianos grocery store and around the corner is a Jewel grocery store. Right in front of the building is a bus stop for the 92,136,146,147, and 151. About a five minute walk from the building is the Berwyn Red Line CTA Train stop. Foster beach is about a ten minute walk from the building as well.
