Verified residentHonestly I have not had very many issues, the building is older and it has not been updated with the exception of removing carpet in certain units but for the location and what we pay for rent I believe it is worth it. My biggest complaint is that there aren’t very many amenities unless you live in the high rise buildings and the fact that the parking is $50 per month but it is an unsecured lot.
