- We love your fur babies here at The Dagny! There is a $250 pet fee and a $250 pet deposit for animals 25 lbs and under. For animals over 25 pounds the pet fee is $500 and the pet deposit is $500. All pets will have a monthly pet rent of $20. No aggressive breeds allowed. For dogs over 25 lbs, please select the other option for animal type.
