Verified residentReview source: verified residentDog poop is everywhere and management is taking no noticeable steps to address the unsanitary conditions. The communication between management and maintenance is not functional. They say they will come to do a repair, they don’t show. They promise again, they don’t show. And then they stop communicating with you. They gave me a unit that was infested with roaches, the roach filth had not been cleaned out of the cabinets, and ignored multiple requests to repair a broken dishwasher, broken shelves, and an unsealed front door where bugs are getting in. Positives: community is newly repainted, maintenance is friendly, it’s quiet, and the management has been fixing the lamps around the property. Overall I’d think twice before renting anywhere under Brookfield Properties management, who currently manages oak ramble. The experience here has done a nose dive from what it used to be. It’s hard to trust people when they don’t keep their word.
