Verified residentReview source: verified residentMultiple pieces of gym equipment have been out of order for over a month now. The outside of the building gets littered constantly and there’s dogs poop around it constantly due to the people in the surrounding neighborhood. Trash in stairwells due to littering tenants. I’m constantly picking up stuff to keep the community clean. There should be cameras to enforce fees on people doing these things. The walls are kind of thin. Besides that it’s been a good experience.
