Verified residentReview source: verified residenton July 26 at approximately 1:26 PM. I arrived at my unit to find maintenance equipment in the bathroom, Providing preventive maintenance Without giving a 24 hour written notice as stipulated in the lease agreement. To my understanding and interpretation, this is a breach of contract and by Florida Statute law, I am allowed to terminate the lease Without penalty. What is even more frustrating is that I wrote an email to the administration of the building and never received response but a mirror phone call from From somebody from the maintenance department apologizing for the incident. Something like an apology is greatly appreciated, but not proper channel for the incident. I hope to hear from you in regards to this matter.
