$1500/mo. rent; 2 months additional rent (first and last deposit of $3000 includes security/damage deposit--any significant damage to the apartment or pet odors and deposit will not be returned). Damage to furniture will be subtracted from deposit. Total: $4500 to move in. ($1500 rent each month thereafter). Will ask interested party to sign Contract between tenant and sub-tenant. Interview required.

Current tenant/landlord will pay rental bill at leasing office each month after sub-tenant pays in full. Pay by last day of month.
