There is no garage or an off-street parking spot, but there is street parking available. *Approved applications require at least ten (10) business days before we can accommodate a move-in, regardless of the unit availability date. Availability date is subject to change. This is a garage converted ADU. A portable a/c unit is included. There is no washer/dryer set in this unit. Tenant will have to go to nearby laundromat. This property is furnished. Note: not all furniture, electronics, appliances, and/or décor seen in photos may be included, so please contact Broker for more details. No smoking allowed. A refundable security deposit equivalent to a full month's rent is required and due upon lease execution. In addition to the deposit, there is a $200 lease administration fee due upon move-in.
