If I could change anything, I would love for them to have some more community events and keep coffee more regularly stocked in the penthouse. These are minor suggestions. Otherwise staff have been friendly and responsive, facilities are clean and well cared for, and the rent is incredibly reasonable for the location.
For the most part, I enjoy living at Art Studios. It’s in a great location, with tons of food options, cool shops, and fun places to check out within walking distance. My only complaints are 1. There are some very inconsiderate and immature people that live at Art Studios, it has a dorm-like feel, and 2. Since I’m on the South end of the building, I hear thumping bass from the nightclub across the street until 2am 3-4 days a week.
