A quirky outside-accessible bonus room is heated and accessible via the backyard. There is a locked storage shed on site. Students and dogs will be considered with good references. No cats. No smokers. Group showings to be scheduled as needed. $200 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet. Tenant pays all utilities (gas, electric, W/S/T).
