Well-maintained complex with a pool, located right next to Palmer Park, less than a mile from King Soopers, Walmart, Starbucks, and much, much more. The home has one designated uncovered parking spot right in front of the unit. Covered parking is not available. The home was built in 1983, is located in School District 11, and is 1682 square feet Up to two cats and/or dogs allowed, 30 lbs. or less. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
