880 18th Street is a duplex located on University Hill between Aurora and Cascade. This location is an easy walk to the CU campus, the Hill and just minutes down to Pearl Street. Both units share spacious front yard and the covered back patio, as well as parking in front and off the alley. Each unit has two extra storage closets off the back patio. Apartment B is on the right side of the duplex.

Each apartment has an open layout for the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. There's an extra living room space upstairs along with the other two bedrooms and second bathroom.

Living room = 11'1" x 17'11"
Bedroom #1 (lower left) = 9'4" x 8'10"
Bedroom #2 (lower right) = 9'4" x 8'9"
Bedroom #3 (upper right) = 9'4" x 8'10"
Bedroom #4 (upper left) = 9'3" x 8'9"
Upper living room = 12'9" x 9'3"

This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. Any window A/C units in the unit belong to the tenants moving out.

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
