Spectacular South Boulder location! Gorgeous townhome with stunning uninterrupted views toward the Flatirons and surrounded by the HOA greenbelt and open space. Recently updated townhouse with 3 floors, 2 bedrooms + office/den/media room, 2.5 baths with open floor plan, spacious kitchen (including dishwasher, oven/cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven & Nespresso coffee machine), vaulted ceiling, large closets, hardwood floors, fully fenced private rear yard with BBQ grille, back deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and an attached garage. The floor plan makes it easy for 2 people to “work from home” without bothering or interrupting the other person. High-speed Internet (the fastest available in the area) and Wi-Fi is included to allow you to be as productive as possible at work while a large screen LCD TV (including HBO!) allows you to relax and binge-watch Netflix when the work day is done. Air conditioning, baseboard radiant heat and a wood fireplace are provided to keep the townhouse comfortable no matter what Boulder weather throws at you. For your convenience, a full-size washing machine and dryer are included in the unit. Easy access to South Boulder schools, King Soopers, Pearl Street, and numerous hiking trails.

And the fact that access to the hiking trails starts essentially in their backyard. It’s truly a beautiful place to unwind and connect with nature. And if you need to work, the internet was blazing fast.”
“My husband and I rented [the] condo in September 2020, and highly recommend it for anyone interested in spending time in the Boulder area. First, [the owner] was responsive and easy to work with as we made our plans, discussed the lease, and then signed the lease. Second, [the owners] made themselves available for questions, and had a local representative as well. We didn't have any questions, but their friendly availability made us feel at home right away. Third, the condo was comfortable, with a phenomenal view and convenient location. Here are a few highlights -
- My husband and I were both working remotely, and the internet and workstations were perfect for two people who were in online meetings throughout the day.
- The condo is bright and airy with comfortable furniture and lovely decor. We settled in quickly and felt relaxed by the space and the setting.
- The condo has a beautiful view of the Flatirons, a comfortable deck, and is right on the edge of a trail network of flat easy trails and more difficult trails that extend into the mountains. Having such easy access to the outdoors was an enormous pleasure for us, and we hiked on most days.
- The location is about 5-7 minutes’ drive to a shopping center with everything needed - grocery store (King Sooper), Southern Sun Brewery, Neptune Mountaineering Outdoor Gear, bagel shop, bakery, Chilly Cow ice cream, Abo's pizza, hair salons, used sports gear, liquor store, and many others.
- We recommend Audrey Jane's Pizza Garage for New York-style pizza, Southern Sun Brewery and Pub, Sherpa's restaurant, and the Boulder Farmers Market.”
