Clean, clean, clean (actually immaculate)! This year-round, modern, remodeled, unfurnished home, in a small resort like 4-unit complex, in a wonderful location, has EVERYTHING that you want, including an EV charger!! It's a 2 BR 2 BA in a FABULOUS location! It's 4 blocks to the ocean and 4 blocks to Sail Bay and close enough to everything else PB, but not right in the thick of it. It's a second floor unit and is very white, bright and airy! It has AIR-CONDITIONING and IN-UNIT LAUNDRY! It has a PRIVATE GARAGE (with remote control access, and room for storage AND an EV charger!!) PLUS an additional assigned off-street PARKING SPACE (that is not in front of the garage, so you can come and go like adults :) Which is HUGE if you are living 4 blocks to the ocean and 4 blocks to the bay!) and it also has a balcony. It has been remodeled with travertine and marble and quartz, it has the modern look and convenience of wood flooring, a deep soaking Whirlpool tub, with heater and 8 jets, a WALK-IN SHOWER, a WALK-IN CLOSET, 3 remote controlled ceiling fans (to make the air-conditioning even better!) many, many extras like a new 5 burner stove (with a convection oven, plus it has a "no preheat" air fryer built right in), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in entertainment unit that will house a very large screen TV, a rainwater shower head and a Waterpik massage shower head, dimmable, recessed lighting throughout, many receptacles with built in USB ports, plus much, much more!!
