Here is a recent review:
MaryAnn October 2024
If you are a people watcher with leanings into the nautical, this condo has a front-row seat to the comings and goings of all the boats headed out to sea from Mission Bay.
If you're an early riser (5:00-5:30am), catch the deep sea fishing 'beasts' go grumbling past but have your sunglasses nearby, next up is a sunrise right at your doorstep.
A little more sunlight, next catch the whale watchers, sailors, and the doggies having the time of their life across the way at Dog Beach. At night the moon dazzle's over the water.
Throughout the day, from every window, the sun dances off the water all day long. I often felt as if I were in a cabin on a boat!
A short walk in one direction is the ocean- in the opposite direction is the bay with a paved walkway to get that step count in.
A short walk down Mission Blvd is a local corner Market for the little things needed. Inside is a comfortable bed, a homelike atmosphere and amenities surround you.
Having to leave it all was the only negative.
AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME, MaryAnn,
