This rental property is available for 31 days minimum - 6 months, (Nov.-May). Rent includes all utilities for your convenience. Two parking spaces are provided with the lease. Two pets per unit are allowed, no cats unless they are a hypoallergenic breed. All pets must be approved before move in. Rent is due on the same day each month, with a security deposit required at signing. The property must be maintained in good condition by the tenant, while standard maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the landlord. Renters insurance is required. The property owner is not responsible for any damage or theft of personal property.
