Coming soon, Cottage like home in Tahoe Park. Must see all the possibilities this home offers. Upon entering is a nice cozy living room with hardwood floors and a fireplace, some wall shelves to display all of your favorite nic nacs. The dining room is just off the kitchen which has slate flooring, stunning butcher block counters and a farmhouse sink. There is white subway tile backsplash and stainless appliances that includes a refrigerator, microwave and a 5 burner gas stove. There is a service porch with lots of counters and storage. The half bath is also included on the service porch and a barn door separates it from the dining area which has shiplap around the barn door. Out the back door are steps that lead to the all seasonal sunroom with heat, air and electrical. This could be used as a private office. Attached to this is a garage that is set up as a workshop or possible art studio. The backyard is simply landscaped with drought tolerant plants and has multiple areas to use for BBQ, relaxing, garden, etc... or your choice? Back inside is the main hall bath with a Corian surround walk in shower and counters, 2 medicine cabinets and chunky wood shelves that give you the farmhouse feel. In the hallway is a front loading washer and dryer with tons of storage built around them. The bedrooms have hardwood floors, lots of windows and multiple uses too. This can be a 2 bedroom with a massive walk in closet or a possible 3 bedroom. You will need to come see for your self.! The front of the home has just the right size porch and is also landscaped with drought tolerant plants.The gardener is included. The home also has solar. There is wall heat, and wall air, but also a whole house fan. This home is currently occupied and when homes are occupied you need to be willing to submit your applications prior to seeing the inside of the home. Then I schedule with the current resident to view the inside. There is a monthly utility surcharge of $180 for w/s/g. This is a no smoking home and will not take a co-signor. One small dog #12 or under will be considered with pet rent $50 per month. In order to qualify you need to have: • Legal and verifiable income of approximately three times the monthly rent • Two recent years of favorable rental references with a minimum of one year for each and every applicant (excluding renting from family members or friends) or home ownership • Minimum of two lines of excellent credit established with a creditor for at least six months who reports to TransUnion. Negative references or collections may keep an application from being approved. An application will be declined if a bankruptcy has been discharged but is less than two years previous to the application being submitted. No Evictions. Resident will be required to pay all utilities.
