The living room and kitchen are on the first floor and the two bedrooms are on the second floor. This unit includes water sewer and trash, you just pay for gas & electric. There is a hook up for washer and dryer inside the unit and there is also an enclosed patio area. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call our office at 619-422-0177.
