Verified residentReview source: verified residentWhen I moved in 9/29/23, I had no hot water for 5 days! Original manager, was extremely rude! Residents don’t pick their dogs poop, it’s everywhere! Parking spots are really small. Aggressive dogs that residents can’t control! New management is better, but that’s not saying much. My apartment was painted horribly and it looks like a dog chewed the doorframe to the bathroom? When I moved in there was no checklist and no one seemed to care.
