When I moved in 9/29/23, I had no hot water for 5 days! Original manager, was extremely rude! Residents don’t pick their dogs poop, it’s everywhere! Parking spots are really small. Aggressive dogs that residents can’t control! New management is better, but that’s not saying much. My apartment was painted horribly and it looks like a dog chewed the doorframe to the bathroom? When I moved in there was no checklist and no one seemed to care.
Jade Ridge is a great quiet community of families. Every staff on property is great with all residents. I recommend Jade Ridge to anyone seeking apartment in North Phoenix.
