Property DescriptionThere's a putting green in the backyard. That's not the best part.
The best part is that two families can live here and neither one compromises. Both master bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own closet. Four bedrooms, three full baths, and nobody waiting on anybody in the morning.
Move in with a suitcase. Fully furnished, down to the details that usually take three weeks and four trips to Target kitchen fully outfitted, coffee machines, ice makers, a 65-inch smart TV. Commercial-size smart washer and dryer in the unit, so a weekend of laundry is an afternoon.
The backyard is where you'll actually live. Pool. Putting green. Outdoor TV for the game. Metal cornhole set. An orange tree that actually produces. Pool service and landscaping are included in your rent you never touch a skimmer or a mower.
Parking that solves a problem instead of creating one. A four-car carport and a six-car driveway. 6 spaces dedicated to this home. Bring the truck, the trailer, the project car, and still have room for everyone who shows up on Saturday.
Smart where it counts. Alexa-enabled lighting throughout. Keypad entry you set your own code, no key to lose. Security cameras at the exterior entry points, under your control.
Private on three sides. Open space where the neighbors would be. You'll notice it the first evening you sit outside.
Location, Location, Location. Under ten minutes to Biltmore and downtown Phoenix. Ten to Sky Harbor. Fifteen to Tempe, ASU and Old Town Scottsdale. Papago Park, the Desert Botanical Garden and the Zoo are minutes east- Camelback and Piestewa trailheads a short drive north. This is the most centrally located pocket in the Valley wherever you're going, you're already halfway there.
Pets welcome. Furnished as shown- unfurnished available as well. 12-month minimum, 24 months preferred and rewarded. Almost 2000sqft 6 parking spots.
Included in rent: internet, pool service, all yard maintenance. Remaining utilities are a flat $350/month disclosed, fixed, no math.
Please read before you tour: there is a separate detached rental at the rear of the lot. The backyard, pool and parking are shared with that resident. The house itself is entirely yours private entry, private interior, no shared walls. If you need an exclusive backyard, this is not the right home and I would rather you know now than after a drive across town. (Want the whole property, casita included, with the yard to yourself? That is available too ask.)
SHOWINGS: House is an Airbnb right now, so any time it's not occupied with guests, it's available to be shown. Please contact Property Manager directly.
