We charge a $300 holding deposit at time of application. This will allow you to hold the unit for 14 days. Once approved, the holding fee and application fee will go towards your move in costs. If by chance you are not approved the $300 holding fee is refunded.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

We run a full back ground/credit check. We are looking for a 12 month lease, 3x's rent (including pet fees) in income, and good rental history on all applicants.

We can accommodate a 6 month lease at $100 more per month

Other than Cats and Dogs, pets will be approved on a case by case basis.
If a tenant has a registered therapy pet and would like us to waive the pet policy (no fees), they will need to provide a Verification of Disability by having our Pet Verification form filled out by their Medical Provider. WE ONLY ACCEPT THIS FORM FOR ESA PETS.
