The Rooms
Room 1 - $725/mo
Room 2 Master Bed- $900/mo
Room 3 Master Bed- $950/mo
Room 4 - $725/mo
Room 5 - $725/mo
Room 6 - $725/mo
Note: These rates are for 1-year terms, the rate is higher for shorter leases. Utilities are not included.

LOCATION
11 min drive from ASU and a 5 min drive from Mesa Community College. Close to Albertsons, Safeway, Target Grocery, etc., for daily needs and great food options in the area like Aloha Kitchen, Cornish Pastry, Green Corner, etc.

The Home
All of the common areas will be fully furnished with furniture and decorations. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The bedrooms will come unfurnished empty but can be provided furnished for an additional $45/mo

Requirements
- Monthly income of 3x rent
- No evictions or criminal records in the last 7 years
- Prefer non-smokers, but if you smoke outside only and clean up, then that's ok

Lease Terms
- 1-year term preferred; 6 months term available for an additional $50/mo
- First and last month's rent due at move-in
- Security deposit = one month's rent
- Utilities are split equally among housemates

Other Terms
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
- One person per room
- No overnight guests
- No animals of any kind
- Owner handles landscaping
