    I live on the bottom floor and my neighbors sound like hippopotamuses. I haven’t even been here a whole month and a half yet. There’s constant Stomping, jumping off furniture, constant stomping up and down the outside stairs right above my bedroom at all times of the day and evening. Last night 4/6 at 12:37am there was loud stomping going down the stairs while I’m trying to sleep. It’s everyday and all night.
