Pet policy is:
" 2 pet maximum (cat or dog)
" $250 one-time fee per pet upon lease signing (non-refundable)
" $25 per month, per pet (1 lbs-25 lbs)
" $50 per month, per pet (26 lbs-50 lbs)
" $75 per month, per pet (51 lbs-75 lbs)
" $100 per month, per pet (76 lbs-100 lbs)
" Breed Restrictions or Breed Mix: no Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Malamutes or Dobermans.
" Weight Restrictions: Over 100 lbs (applicants must remain compliant with the HOA pet policy.)

Move in costs include:
" First month's rent due at lease signing ((or due before the move in date)
" Security deposit ((Security deposit is based on the household credit; scores between 600-649 will be 1.5 month's rent and 650 and above is one month's rent.) Security deposit is returned 15 days after lease end date, minus any move out damages.
" $249 processing fee
" $250 pet move in fee (if applicable)

Rent prices listed on our website are only the base rent. HOA fees are included in the rent price and not charged extra to residents. No utilities are included in the rent price; electric and gas (if applicable) are put in the resident's name to be billed directly from the provider and remaining utilities are billed back to the resident in their ledger. The Resident Benefits Package is added at $34.99 per month which includes air filter delivery, smart home features, and utility management services. Additionally, any city and rental taxes are paid for by the resident. We do have a promotion running now, if you sign a lease for 24+ months, you receive $500 off your move in costs (taken off of the security deposit).
