Verified residentReview source: verified resident$1400 for a 1b1b , leasing office refusing to do anything about the reoccurring wasp nests that keep appearing on my patio to the point where we can’t even go out there, one of the leasing agents treated to tack on an eviction if I broke my lease to ruin my rental record, there’s no amenities but the pool and the volleyball net that nobody uses, neighbors on the first floor had 3 dogs always outside barking all day and all night long and took several complaints for something to be done about it . I could go on and on
