3.0 / 5Overall rating 3.0 out of 5
The apartment used to have 24/7 security but they don't anymore, there are homeless people constantly yelling and going through the dumpster in the back. There are 10 parking spaces available for residents, if you dont get one you need to park in a parking garage across the street and take several flights of stairs up (because the elevator has been broken for a year) and then prepare for a decent walk back to the apartment. The building is old and there are consistent maintenance issues, however, the maintenance crew is on top of it and it's not their fault. The area is amazing and anything we would ever need is within walking distance, however, the rent is so exorbitantly high that many of us residents feel that we shouldn't be having to deal with the aforementioned negative issues. There are also barely any amenities, there is hardly a gym with 3 machines and some weights thrown in there. "Dog Park" which is literally just a small patch of astroturf out front. Cars get broken into on occasion due to no security and street parking (if you want to park at the apartment you risk this, otherwise you need to park in the parking garage a block away that i mentioned before)
