Everytime I asked a maintenance request they did the bare minimum and still didn’t fix the problem most of the time. Neighbors in the whole building were noisy and smoking weed or having parties. Collective water bill is unfair when I use less water than my neighbor who has a family of five yet my water bill is $90. I used to own a HOUSE that was twice the square footage of my apartment and the highest water bill was $75 in the summer while water a whole yard full of plants. Random inspections when I worked night shift and had to stay up to have people come inspect. It’s just nosy and unnecessary. No matter how many times they sprayed I had several ants, small roaches, huge spiders, and sometimes termites crawling around. Toilets are not chair height and are so low to the ground you basically have to fall on it. Definitely not hardwood floors, they are vinyl flooring. No fan/light in my bedroom. Steps to my apartment were broken and wobbly. The security gates were open most of the time at night until they finally started closing them but then always left the gate door entry open 24/7. That’s not safe at all. Very unsatisfied with this apartment complex ESPECIALLY for the price I paid. And the lease break agreement fee is beyond ridiculous when you still have to pay for the monthly rent and fees before you move out. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.
