My brother lives in house and our friend Brad rents the guest room. They are both really laid back, mid 20s -- both working towards being songwriters. Ultimately, they have the final say if someone moves in! They - in their own words - want someone cool, not weird. Someone who is looking to be a songwriter would be a plus! Must be somewhat clean and respectful of the furniture in the house.

The living room, kitchen, first bathroom and office are together in the front of the house, where the boys are. They're not perfect, but they keep things pretty clean. They work night hours, typically.
