Any conviction of adjudication other then an acquittal of:

-Sex offenses, included but not limited to forcible rape, child molestation and aggravated sexual battery

-Crimes involving explosives
Within 10 years fromt eh date of applicaiton any conviciton or adjudication other than acquittal of:
-Afelony that involved bodily harm againest a person or property including but not excludive of:
-Homicide(other than first degree murder)
-Manslaughter
-Armed robbery
-Aggravated Assault
-Buying, reciving or possession of stolen property
-Burglary or theft
-Auto theft
-Embezzlement
-Sales or manufacture of a controled substatnce
-Any crime of violence that may establish that the applicant constitues a direct threat to health of saftety of other individuals.
Within 5 years from teh date of applicaiton any convition or adjudication other than acquittal of:
-A crime involving the illegal use of a controlled substance other than sales or manufacture
-Illegal gambling
-Prostitution
-Commercialized Vice
-Stalking
-Forgery
-Weapons offenses
Within 3 years from teh date of applicaiton any conviction or adjudication other than aquittal of:
-Any other felony, not included above
Within 3 years prior from teh date of the applicaiton, the applicant or any household member has been imprisoned after being convicted of a felony.
