Verified residentReview source: verified residentNoise: #1 biggest problem. Poorly insulated apartments, with hardwood floors, minimal carpet, & vaulted ceilings act as echo chambers for your neighbors. If I didnt know better, I would call the second-floor noise a combination of a "dribbling basketball & small elephants in the room!" The thunderous footsteps from above, the barking dog two apartments over, & the never-ending train noise across the fence have me wishing I had chosen a different location. I've been here less than a month, haven't used the pool or onsite gym yet, but am hopeful that positive change & comfortable living are in the near future!
