The classic 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartment. 2-minute drive from the University of South Carolina. 10-minutes walkway to Darla Moore Business School. The room has a large private bathroom and walk-in closet. Between the bedrooms will be the living room with the kitchen at the entrance. The washer and dryer will be housed in a closet in the kitchen. Each bedroom features knobs with locks and all residents will be a given a bedroom key in addition to their apartment key. The kitchen includes microwave, oven, and fridge, as well as a bar. Beds are XL Full and have memory foam mattresses. This room is on the second floor and features a balcony that branches off from the living room. The room has the best view in the whole apartment! All amenities were remodeled less than a year ago so they look brand new. Amenities include: 2 swimming pools, a business center (computer lab that features a large private study room and offers free printing for all residents), a zen garden complete with hammocks and a sauna, a separate area dedicated to a large fire pit with ample seating and a large flat screen HD TV. All guests will have access to fast and reliable wi-fi. The complex also features a small dog park and a lounge and kitchen area next to one of the pools featuring tables containing charging ports for phones and laptops. Next to one of the pools is an outdoor entertaining area featuring TVs covered by a pergola and tables and chairs as well as several grills. Residents will also have access to a 24/7 gym featuring treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, and more. The complex features a covered parking garage with ample spaces. Unassigned parking costs per month and assigned parking are available per month (both optional fees not included in rent). You can move when every you want. Younion residents have access to UofSC shuttles from 7:30am-6:30pm (see UofSCs website for more details). The garage is gated for protection. Doors to all amenities are locked and require a residents key fob to be opened. Next to the garage is an Amazon Hub featuring private lockers that residents can retrieve their packages from (see Amazons website for more details).
