Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas & electric.
This is a 3 unit building located in the heart of Shadyside. It is a block away from the busway, pedestrian bridge to Whole Foods and Starbucks, a couple blocks off of Walnut, Ellsworth, and Highland Avenue.
There is a shared deck and fenced in yard for the building.
Parking is on street with a permit from the city.
Each apartment has its own private non coin operated washer & dryer and storage room in the basement.
All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
