This is BY FAR the worst building I have ever lived in. Great view of the city, but terrible units. I had two different units (after the first terrible one, I was moved to a larger one) and the second was even worse. The heat units never worked, hot water was turned off two to three times a week without notice, wall are so thin you can hear all everything going on in the building. Amenities are sold as 'luxury' but they're outdated, never kept up and usually broken. Maintenace tries their best when you complain, but there isnt anything they can do. The entire building is dirty and smelly (common areas/ elevators/parking garage) and the pictures you see online are old and not what it currently looks like
