3.8 / 5Overall rating 3.8 out of 5
Overall its ok here however there is absolutely no parking if have guests come over and there is a lot of dog barking at night but management is trying to fix that. The amenities are wonderfully but no one really uses them personally I would have found a way to create more parking with all that space. But again overall its ok better than where I lived before.
3 months into lease, janitorial service, security systems, false fire alarms are still problematic. Garage security gate thakes weeks to be repaired. No pool. No hardwood floors. Building has 68 parking spaces for 211 units with no guest parking. Guests can park blocks away if they can find parking. Management to scrambling to find tenants and are not responsive to immediate livability issues. I imagine. This is similar to all other apartments owned by absentee investors.
