Monthly rent is $950. A security deposit of $950 will be required, as will a $200 water deposit. Tenant pays all utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas and electric). Tenant is also responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
Pets considered on a case by case basis. If accepted, they will require an additional $300 per pet deposit, refundable provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required at move out. Maximum of 2 pets considered.

This property is professionally managed by Southern Sky Realty. We run a credit, criminal and eviction check on all applicants aged 18 years and older, and require a non refundable $40 per person fee to do so. We do not approve evictions in the past 5 years, no exceptions.
