Davis Lake-Eastfield is a unique enclave of Charlotte that centers around—you guessed it—a lake. If you can find a rental in this planned community, you actually get access to the lake for fishing, along with other perks like a volleyball court. It’s a great spot to dive right into your hobbies or just enjoy a little peace and quiet. But the northern Eastfield side is more open and spacious if you prefer long walks and runs without bumping into all of your neighbors.
