Utility fee of $80 is added to rent for water/sewer. This is assessed quarterly for alignment with usage. Security deposit, pet deposits, 1 full month's rent, proof of renters insurance & utilities in resident name all required prior to move in. Lawn care is resident responsibility. If this is a duplex, tenants will be charged $45/month to cover annual lawn care expenses instead of having to manage lawn care yourself. Applications are reviewed M-F during business hours only.
