“Dasha from the office is amazing, but I have had an experience of talking to an unpleasant office personnel. Maintainence takes their time 90% of the time but there’s one really nice maintenance man who brings treats to my cat when he comes. The neighbors are kinda loud but you don’t get to choose your neighbors. Also the apartments are raising their rent even after the police shot and k*lled someone in these apartments just 2 months ago???”

“The first month I lived here there was a shooting so I was worried but they have secured the gates up front and the maintenance crew is freaking awesome and anytime I have an issue in the apartment they're here that day or the next morning they worked with me on my rent when I was late they're just all around good people the refurbing all of the apartments they're just all around good people and a good apartment complex since the new management”
