Verified residentReview source: verified residentOverall, I love the apartment building. The amenities are great and the management is very responsive to issues. The only problems I have had are with parking and noise. The parking garage is very tight, and accessing the garage is not straightforward. It is in a lower street and only has one way to get to it and out of it. In addition, there is a lot of noise due to being on Michigan Avenue. I don’t mind it, but I can see how this can be a deal breaker for some people.
