Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe leasing staff (Angie) is amazing. She’s great at what she does and really makes it feel like a positive community environment. As for the management staff, they are rude and unaccommodating. They are all residents of the building now at a discounted rate and whenever a resident has a complaint or issue they brush it under the rug as to not jeopardize their discounted unit. The amenities are underwhelming and it seems the building staff care less and less as time goes by. The carpet on the first floor is disgusting I dread having to get my packages because of it. The cleanliness of the pool area is inconsistent and we constantly have to ask for the pool heater to be tuned on. It’s annoying because our rents are high enough to where running the pool heater consistently should be no issue.
