    Management here does not help residents when they need. Maintenance is the worst part. I fell like I am on my own in this place!!!

    The new office staff are exceptional – helpful, friendly, and professional. Special mention to maintenance technician Tommy, who is prompt and efficient. The property is well-maintained, and the attentive courtesy officer adds security and peace of mind. The neighborhood is mostly quiet at night, making settling in a peaceful experience. Additionally, I haven't encountered any issues with my neighbors; everyone seems respectful and considerate so far. The only drawback is parking. Assigned parking spots would greatly improve the situation, as finding a nearby space is a constant struggle, even with a disability pass. Overall, the excellent staff and welcoming environment make this community a good place to rent.
