Outside, this apartment includes a private fenced-in paved backyard with a 7x12 storage shed, small grass section, and a separate covered tiled patio at the front. Large fenced-in and landscaped courtyard with a beautiful live oak tree in the center. Off-street parking available for residents in the court yard.

Trash, sewer, pest control and lawn care is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for utilities (water and electricity) and Internet and to maintain private backyard. Renter's insurance required for the entire lease period.

Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis. A small dog and cat will be considered. Certain dog breeds are not permitted by the Insurance company! Non-refundable pet fee ($250).
