Apartment #7 is a nice 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in our Riverstone Property. The apartment is available for viewing with our self-serve showing system - come check it out!

We use a unique self-serve showing system - it allows you to view the apartment all by yourself. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week between 8AM and 8PM for your convenience. Unit #7 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment; it is fully tiled and features Central Air. The kitchen was upgraded a few years ago with new backsplash tile. There is a shared laundry area on-site for your convenience, and each apartment is assigned one off-street parking space. Limit of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment. Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal, assigned parking, landscaping, and monthly pest control services.

Small pets (up to 25lbs) are welcome here; we have a maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) per apartment. There is a one time pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing. FYI, we have dog breed restrictions in place for the safety of our residents and neighbors.

The property is very close to Cooley's Landing/Marina, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and the bars and restaurants in downtown Himmarshee Village. A major grocery store chain is approximately 5 minutes away by car, and the central location gives you easy access to Broward Boulevard, I-95, Federal Highway, and is a short 10-15 minute drive to the beach, the upscale shops and restaurants on Las Olas, or the shops and restaurants along 17th Street. Your new apartment is very close to the main train station on Broward and the Central Business District - go green and ride a bike to work!! The property is also close to Broward Hospital if you are in need of emergency medical services.
