To hold the property after all applications are submitted, you must place the security deposit with us at our Lakeland office in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Placing a security deposit will take the home off the market for a maximum of 15 days while we process your application. If we are unable to rent to you, the deposit will be returned to you the following business day.

=> MOVE IN AMOUNTS DUE ON OR BEFORE LEASE SIGNING: Paid applications $65 non-refundable per adult 18+, security deposit, first month's rent, and $285 one-time administration fee.

=> IF the unit allows pets, there are additional fees as well. Pet fees are per pet as follows: $20/$15 non-refundable pet application, $200 non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent of $25-$45 based upon animal's size and paid in full renters’ insurance with pet liability for the full lease term.

=> If moving from out of state, please call about special requirements.

=> Renters insurance is required for all rentals.
