You must like dogs because 2 live with me (50+ years old) and they will greet you as you come in the front door. No other pets will be allowed. Can offer you storage in garage, depends on how much stuff you have.

You would have access to washer and dryer and backyard with bbq. No smoking. Occasional house guest is fine.
