Recently remodeled house in Chaffee Park. New stainless steel appliances and island with stool seating in the kitchen, open layout living space, and a washer and dryer are included. There is a fenced back yard with patio and pergola shade, and 2-off street parking spots with additional street parking, if needed. Less than 2 miles to Regis University, biking distance to Sunnyside and the greater Highlands, and quick access to I-70 in just one minute to get to I-25 or the mountains. *Approved applications require at least ten (10) business days before we can accommodate a move-in, regardless of the unit availability date. Availability date is subject to change. The ADU in the back and the carport/storage unit are off limits. There are two off-street driveway parking spaces in the front for the main house tenant's use. The back yard is not shared with the ADU and solely for the main house tenant's use. This property is unfurnished. No smoking allowed. A 12 or 24 month lease preferred. Security deposit equivalent to 100% a full month's rent is required. In addition to the deposit, there is a $200 lease administration fee due upon move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. There is a $295 monthly utility fee due with rent, which includes electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet. Up to two (2) pets are negotiable and an extra one-time pet fee and additional monthly pet fee, per pet will apply. Other terms, fees, and conditions may apply. Rent is subject to change. Tenant or Tenant's Agent to confirm square footage. Minimum credit score of 600 and the Applicant will need to prove a monthly income that is equivalent to at least two (2) times the monthly rent amount or proof of substantial liquid/cash assets. An application will be processed once it is deemed complete. A complete application means that all adults living at the property have submitted an application and all requested documents and information have been received, which may include, but is not limited to, proof of income, previous address and landlord information, pictures of pets, bank statements, tax returns, etc. Any fraudulent, misleading, and/or misrepresentation of such documents or application information will result in an automatic denial of your application.
