If you provide us with a portable screening report, we are prohibited from charging you an application fee or charging you a fee in order for us to access the report.

I like that they have a Co-working space, but I don't like that you have to pay extra just to enter the cafe. I like that there are garages, but they are small and not accommodating to all vehicle sizes. The "Dog Park" is an enclosed patch of sand and the waste cans are always overflowing. The staff is nice though!

Applicant has the right to provide Circa Fitzsimons with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Circa Fitzsimons with a PTSR, Circa Fitzsimons is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee Circa Fitzsimons to access or use the PTSR.
