Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash. Electricity and gas are put in tenant's name and paid based on usage. The water and sewer charges are split 50-50 between you and your duplex neighbors, also based on usage (from one whole-house meter). The last 12-month average for water and sewer was $65/month. Trash is a flat fee of $25/month.
To qualify for tenancy, prospective applicants must prove they make 2 times the base rent in gross monthly income ($4,800). We prefer to see a credit score above 700 but are willing to work with you if lower, usually in the form of additional rent. The application fee is $65/adult.
Minimum/maximum lease term is 11 months.
