3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in an incredibly convenient location! The kitchen has brand new beautiful countertops and new flooring throughout the unit. Large dining area with a walk-out to the deck. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with ensuite included. New fixtures and paint throughout. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has nice mountain views. Downstairs in the basement is a bedroom with a huge walk-in closet right next to it and a family room. This community is right next to the highly desired University Park subdivision. Nearby parks, trails, and shopping make the location incredibly attractive.
